And just like that, 2022 was at an end… Weird 🙂 . 2022 was filled with so much travel, food and fun that it seemed to fly by. Years used to feel a bit infinite, but now they’re whizzing past. I feel like every monthly recap begins with me not understanding how time is passing so quickly…and I will not be breaking that streak today 🙂 . How is 2022 80% over?!? My brain cannot comprehend it. Well, another month is done, I experienced fall, and enjoyed some season-appropriate adventures. Let’s see what I got up to!
And just like that, it was fall 🙂 . I always thought of myself as a summer girl, but given that I can soak up all of the lessening hours of sunlight instead of dreamily looking at them outside my office window, I’m coming around to this season. It’s definitely more pleasant to run in, I’m enjoying the warmth of tea in my belly and a fluffy blanket on my lap when I (inevitably) read a book in one sitting. Consider me a changed woman 🙂 . So, let’s see what I got up to during this first month of fall!
2022 continues to pass by with the speed of a bullet train. I guess I’m having too much fun 😉 . This month we continued our exploration of the northeast – we like to come here in the summer if possible since it’s cooler than other parts of the country. We started by saying “hi!” to family in New York State and then moved further east. So let’s see what I got up to!

2022 is half over…which is strange since my brain still seems stuck in 2020. Oh well. This month we headed back to the States for the first time in several months only for the supreme court to overturn Roe v Wade and take us back 50 years…Welcome back to America I guess.
