I’m A Millionaire and My Sweater Has A Hole In It
You know I love a book if I bring it up multiple times on this blog. Well here I am again reflecting on a topic that The Art Of Spending by Morgan Housel made me think more deeply about. Let’s get into it. Continue reading “I’m A Millionaire and My Sweater Has A Hole In It”
Lessons Learned After 1 Year Of Owning My First Car
Somehow it’s been a year since we bought our first car! The time has flown and it doesn’t feel like it’s been that long, but here we are.
In contrast, I can almost believe it because during that time, I have learned a fair bit about both cars and being a car owner! So let’s dive into what I’ve learned during the last year as a complete car newbie. Continue reading “Lessons Learned After 1 Year Of Owning My First Car”

However, I often find that these kinds of detailed reviews don’t exist.

So this was my experience using a TransPennine Express Train to travel from Liverpool, England to Edinburgh, Scotland in the summer of 2025. Let’s see how it went 🙂 . Continue reading “Review: TransPennine Express Train from Liverpool, England to Edinburgh, Scotland”

I’m writing this while looking at the rushing river outside my apartment. Snow is finally starting to melt in Upstate NY and as a result the river is going wild.
Somehow 2026 is 1/4 over and I’m still not used to saying “2026.” Absolutely madness 🙂 . So let’s see what I got up to in March!
