As the title suggests, I spent this month in Argentina! It’s the farthest south I’ve ever been in the world. As a comparison, Buenos Aires has a similar longitude to Sydney, Australia as well as Auckland, New Zealand and Cape Town, South Africa. Continue reading “The Month Of Argentina: November 2022 Recap”

How My Diet And Fitness Changed In Retirement
I was very curious when approaching retirement to see what kind of retiree I would be. Some people say that in early retirement they’re in the best shape of their lives and others seem to lean more into an “every day is a vacation” mindset aka “what’s a vegetable?” π . So I was simply curious. And like most things in my life, the answer seems to be: it’s complicated π . Let’s get into it. Continue reading “How My Diet And Fitness Changed In Retirement”

I Recorded What I Did Every Hour For 2 Years Of Retirement: Hereβs What Retirees Do All Day!
This weird experiment continues π . Last year I mentioned that I accidentally recorded everything I did in 1 hour increments for my whole first year of retirement. So, let’s see what I got up to during this first month of fall!

The Month Of New Hampshire: August 2022 Recap
2022 continues to pass by with the speed of a bullet train. I guess I’m having too much fun π . This month we continued our exploration of the northeast – we like to come here in the summer if possible since it’s cooler than other parts of the country. We started by saying “hi!” to family in New York State and then moved further east. So let’s see what I got up to!

Celebrating 1 Year Of Running: My Progress and Revelations
It’s already been a year since I started running regularly for the first time in my life. Does that mean I’m officially a runner π ? Though if the term was up to me, I’d say anyone who runs any distance is part of the club – so welcome π . A while ago, I went into detail about my shock and surprise that I started running a year ago and ENJOY it. It was aptly called: From Hate To Love: How I Became A Runner.
