April Net Worth Update📊: The market went down 0.7% this month and is down 5.7%YTD.

Meanwhile I’ve been galavanting around my old stomping grounds of Seattle, looking at cherry blossoms, seeing old friends and eating all the delicious foods I missed while traveling the world🥰.

Next up I’m going to the East Coast to spend some time with family before heading to Peru🇵🇪. I hope you're safe and well💜!

If you're matcha obsessed like me a visit to @Capoon_Shimokita (or @CafeCapoon) is a must🍵. I had a delicious Matcha & Chai Latte and Matcha Cheesecake when I visited.

The cafe itself is also lovely and calming. This one is located up the stairs from the street and through a glass door that looks like a wall to the right of the elevator. You just push the sliding door handle to open it.

How are the Soufflé Pancakes at @Flippers.JP so light and fluffy🥞😍?!?! After trying them for the first time I literally dreamed about them so I had to go two days in a row🤣. Luckily it looks like there are locations elsewhere in the world including in NYC so I’ll be back soon my love🥰!

Also just a heads up, while I enjoyed the Strawberry Soufflé Sandwich🍓 I preferred the regular Soufflé Pancakes because they showcased their fluffiness a lot more😋.

These are the Imperial Palace East National Gardens in Tokyo, Japan🇯🇵! They’re FREE to visit and include 52 acres (21 hectares) of gardens.

We entered through the Ōte-mon Gate and there was a long line because employees were checking everyone's bags. However, the line moved quickly and then we were able to explore the many paths through these lovely gardens.

This was also where we saw our first bloomed Cherry Blossoms in Japan🌸!

This is @Centre_The_Bakery in Tokyo, Japan🇯🇵 and it’s a restaurant dedicated to toast🍞! If you get the Toast Set they let you pick your own toaster from many unique options and provide toast from Japan, the UK and/or the US as well as 3 different types of butters and 6 different types of jam. It was a lovely experience.

We also ordered their French Toast (which was shockingly eggy and delicious) along with Matcha Ice Cream, which was yummy. I was worried this place was a bit of a gimmick, but nope - they back it up with some delicious food and a fun time.
